A warm welcome to the parish of Saint Michael and All Angels, Cosheston

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

Gospel of Matthew 18:20

Whether you are exploring Christianity for the first time, returning to church after many years away, looking for a quiet place to pray, or simply curious to step inside a beautiful historic building, you are very welcome at St Michael and All Angels. We are an inclusive Church in Wales parish at the heart of the village of Cosheston, serving our local community through worship, friendship, learning and service. We seek to be a place where everyone is treated with dignity, kindness and respect, and where all can discover something of God’s love.

Our church has stood in this place for centuries, welcoming generations of local people through times of celebration, joy, grief and change. Today, that welcome remains as strong as ever. Alongside our regular services, we work closely with our village school, host community events, support local charitable causes and offer a space for prayer, reflection and spiritual exploration. Whether you come for worship, curiosity, friendship or a moment of peace, there is a place for you here. You do not need to know the prayers, understand church traditions, or even be sure what you believe. Simply coming along is enough.

Whatever your story, wherever you are on life’s journey, we would be delighted to welcome you.
